Inexpensive, but half baked
What do you like best? Act has a simple easy to understand interface, and offers a one time purchase option, good for small businesses and startups. What do you dislike? The platform isn't overly stable. We lose connections to Outlook for email campaigns. Have also seen issues where contact edits don't stick. Last, the platform doesn't offer email receipts or campaign reporting. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organizing and ...

What do you dislike? You can't have multiple note sections. Quick, Easy, straight to the point system
What do you like best? ACT! Defiantly has a user friendly interface. Makes my day to day processes smooth. What do you dislike? To many features that are unusable. Hard to modify to the needs of ones company. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're looking for a basic customer contact system then this would probably be a good fit. ACT! has a lot of good, usable features that majority of companies need - more towards the sales industry. What problems ...

Great product that serves all my needs well
What do you like best? Easy to navigate for what I use it for. Keeps me organized. What do you dislike? Not much, really. Maybe the price is a bit high to stomach for an individual user such as me, but I know software is expensive to develop and support. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Act keeps me organized, so I can focus on selling.

Lifetime of Success with ACT
What do you like best? Robust contact manager, ability to store virtually unlimited amounts of information, remote syncing and keeping my world together. What do you dislike? Getting my ACT data to my phone where I need my contacts and calendar. Also, the exporting wizard should never have been set to default to all. Recommendations to others considering the product: It has made a huge difference in my professional life. What problems are you solving with the product? ...

The Idiosyncratic CRM
What do you like best? The customisation and ease of use of this application are incredible for someone unfamiliar with databases and CRM packages. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, this flexibility comes at the cost of some weird quirks due to the .Net Framework front end. Adding new contacts to a company takes nine mouse clicks. Nine!. So much of the interface is counter intuitive, needlessly cumbersome and cannot be changed. Without a complete rewrite of code it won't be ...

Act! = Efficiency
What do you like best? Act! It has been an easy-to-use software, an incredible user interface that allows us to customize our designs for sales, the price is incredibly cheap. What I liked the most and it is significant, is that it has several language options available and there is the possibility of requesting a demo, extension tool such as history, activities, call tracking, tasks and more What do you dislike? Definitely so far the problems have been literally non-existent and I ...

It runs my life
What do you like best? When I come into the office each morning, ACT tells me who to contact, when to contact and what to say. ACT is literally my assistant in box and I don't pay this assistant any wage or benefits. The main features I use are the Groups (I have 130 Groups and 30 subgroups), the Activity Series for drips to my clients, the seamless link to Microsoft Outlook for all my email, the letter and email templates, the Documents tab to store files, customized tabs to fit my ...

I've used ACT since the very first release. It's invaluable to my marketing outreach projects.
What do you like best? The features are comprehensive and the ease of use is why it's my favorite CRM solution. What do you dislike? Any lacking features have usually been addressed in updates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use the available manuals and resources available from ACT and purchase third party manuals to get the full capabilities out of ACT. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have ...
