Powerful CRM with a range of features
What do you like best? Act! allows us to manage all of our customer data and is a useful tool for reviewing historic notes relating to our customers. With several departments within our business, all can access predetermined areas with specific read and write privileges. What do you dislike? ACT! is great contact management software!
What do you like best? ACT! is user friendly, robust, easily handles data and manipulation and helps keep me in close contact with my client base. Have used it for years, since the training was on cassette tape, and rarely had any problems with the software or updates. What do you dislike? Great program
Great program, especially the Pro version. use it in the office, on the phone, all over. Very simple and on site - not cloud based so no one else has your data.

What do you like best? After input of a contact, reports can be configured with numerous choices. What do you dislike? New versions can easily be confused with older versions, and new versions appear too quickly when I don't require new features. Recommendations to others considering the product: Process is tight. Great tool for small business!
What do you like best? Act! is easy to use. Intuitive and fun even. Great calendar features and I can keep records of ALL my work with clients in ONE PLACE. What do you dislike? I can't find documents when I save them and they don't automatically attach to the client record when I print them . And the WORST THING: I can't print out my task lists. For some reason (and I have had customer support work on this) it won't print. I have to export it to Excel, edit it and print it there. ...

Powerful database software
What do you like best? Very happy with the organization and user friendliness of the software. Ability to create custom queries for advanced searches is also very helpful. What do you dislike? Not thrilled with the lack of ease in creating custom searches What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking and maintain client database. Ability to easily see all the work we've done with specific clients (visits, emails, etc)
