What do you like best? My former business partner was already using ACT! and she felt it was effective enough and didn't want to make a change. So, I dove in head first. It does the basics, you can manage your contacts, notes, and communication. I did find it intuitive and easy to learn. Some more advanced features was relatively easy to figure out. What do you like best? ACT! is a good solution for managing your contacts. I have only worked with it on a small business scale, and it met our needs perfectly, but I am not sure if it would be the best solution for larger corporations. What do you dislike? ACT! is super easy to setup and use.
What do you like best? First time I've used ACT was almost 10 years ago. It has improved tremendously overtime. Super easy to install, setup and use. What do you dislike? Yearly charges are really not good. I wish they had a different price model. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping up with your prospects/customers and making sure you follow up with every single one of them can make the difference in your business.

What do you like best? The ability to customize the records and the historical record keeping. What do you dislike? Not a very intuitive program to use out of the box. Not the best CRM out there
What do you like best? It is a basic CRM and does the job and can be cost effective if you are on a budget What do you dislike? If you have been using an older version getting support can prove to be difficult (I no longer use this product but used an older version and in order to get support we were told that we would have to upgrade which was not very cost effective. What do you like best? ACT is a useful tool for the commercial real estate industry because it allows our team to track prospects and current clients easily. I'm the administrator of my company's ACT! database.
What do you like best? Document sharing. The ability to link files to contacts and to share them to remote users is huge for my company and since our own infrastructure is pretty robust, we're able to circumvent the need for a lot of cloud services and just use ACT! as our own cloud and file-system. ACT for small business
What do you like best? Simplicity for small business management of sales contacts. Managing follow up activities was user friendly. Used this CRM tool at my former company. Perfect for group of 1-5 users. What do you dislike?
