What do you like best? Easy to search/sort contacts by many different key words (company, first name, state Instantly allows me to see how much interaction I've had with any particular contact. If it's all you can afford...

What do you like best? As a software engineer who's worked in the field of IT for over 12 years I can say that this software is, without a doubt, the least user-friendly application I've ever encountered. It took myself and another highly trained, Microsoft / Cisco certified IT professional 14+ hours to upgrade to next version of ACT for Desktop (on 10 user PCs and update it with it's latest service pack. Somewhat flexible but quite frustrating

What do you like best? The software is relatively easy to navigate, but falls flat in modification. the user interface is mostly simple to navigate. Top navigation works fine for switching between contacts and companies - those of which propagate each other pretty consistently. One of the oldest still one of the best

What do you like best? Still user-friendly despite the age of 20+ very useful. Build-in e-mailmarketing What do you dislike? change of owners in the years. The less attention of Sage at the end. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Latest version by Swiftpage is too complicated, too many version and difficult to solve problems if there are.

Major bugs and poor customer support

What do you like best? I have been a dedicated user since 1999. It is better than outlook for tracking events and customers. I do not use any of the social media features btw. What do you dislike? ACT Pro simply does not work with Windows 10. Activities do not roll. Outlook email does not integrate at all. Customer support offered a knowledge base article on the first problem with two fixes. Approach with caution - think seriously about committing to ACT since Swiftpage purchased it.

What do you like best? I have years of invested use and customization. So, I like that I am familiar with how to customize it to fit my business. What do you dislike?
