What do you like best? The ability to customize and really make this a system specifically for our use. We have used other CRM's in the past...and come straight back to act! as it is the only product we have found that can accommodate our needs. What do you dislike? What do you like best? We have the ability to store and pull the data we need and were able to customize some of the fields. What do you dislike? Functionality: we had a glitch in the system that caused us to need to import all of our contacts into a later version of the CRM manually. What do you like best? Easy to look up customers and contacts for quick reference. What do you dislike? Reporting is too complex and could be easier to gather information. Recommendations to others considering the product Easy to use system at a cost effective price. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking interactions with customer and contacts and sharing information among coworkers.

What do you like best? The ability to house documents within the database specific to contacts. What do you dislike? The inability to update the database from a mobile device. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documenting contacts and custom information specific to the contact. What do you like best? The Group options, mail merge and how easy it is to add fields to a contact. What do you dislike? That my Outlook and Act don't seem to communicate very well. Recommendations to others considering the product This is a great database, user friendly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Been using Act for many years, love it.

What do you like best? I like the layout and how easy it is to use. Makes my job much easier. What do you dislike? The system can run a little slow sometimes and you have to rebuild the data base with maintenance tools that helps sometimes but not all times. ACT is Different...In Many Good Ways

What do you like best? The best part of ACT as a CRM is that it is very customizable. Many platforms today are customizable, but will not let you lay out the user's screens the way ACT will. What do you dislike? Their cloud version. I have only test driven the cloud version and talked to consultants, so my knowledge is limited, but ACT in the cloud has limited functionality compared to running the software locally. What do you like best? There is absolutely nothing that I would say I like "best" about this product. It is truly a terrible CRM system. With that being said it's not awful if you know the company* and/or name (and it's complete correct spelling of a person that you'd like to look up their phone number or email address. What do you like best? Helps me easily manage my customers and prospects. I also use it to integrate with QuoteWerks. which I use for creating all of my quote. This is very handy.
