A Great Tool To Better Serve People
What do you like best? What I like best about ACT is the simplicity in appearance and functionality as well as the support available. Get into the ACT!
What do you like best? I can easily access my clients' and potential clients' information, including notes from every phone call for the entirety of each relationship. By using category designations I can create groups and easily manage tasks related to my business. What do you dislike? MAKES MY JOB SO MUCH EASIER
What do you like best? I have a history of all my interaction with my contacts. I use it to keep track of my appointments. I use it to dial all my calls. What do you dislike? Easy to Use
What do you like best? We use the calendar daily. The email integration is great for large groups of people. What do you dislike? The new mobile app doesn't integrate well. I'd prefer more customizable options/view preferences. What do you like best? The ability to send out emarketing emails to a group and tailor the message to each specific group. What do you dislike? The style of reports. For the price, best around
What do you like best? It is easy to customize and work with. It is totally portable regardless of which device I am using PC, Laptop or mobile device. It is easy for me to attach word documents and send them with the emails from my contacts email address. What do you dislike? I can be quirky. I get errors from time to time that seems to hang it up. I can reset the menu to have only what I want to see but it will always revert back to factory settings. It drops my connection to Outlook ...

What do you like best? The best feature of ACT is how the sales leads are organized and the information you can access. What do you dislike? Kind of clunky, Marketing features not customizable
What do you like best? I like that this is web-based. It allows my team to use the product without the burden of a long testing and review by our IT department. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive. I'm constantly finding that I'm in the equivalent of a screen-within-a-screen while I'm working.
