What do you like best? ACT makes your day to day calling/emailing a breeze with it's calendar setup that allows you to schedule calls, meetings, etc. ACT is like the virtual assistant that everyone needs to keep all of their contacts straight. Concise marketing tool for sales
What do you like best? The best feature of ACT is how the sales leads are organized and the information you can access. What do you dislike? One more than one occasion this program has faltered and I've needed an ACT technician to repair the program. I also wish there was a way to delete the scheduled phone calls in one task instead of deleting each one separately. An ACT! user forever - literally (since before it was released in the '80's)
What do you like best? It is fast and flexible and built on solid SQL standards. What do you dislike? Due to Microsoft not always playing well with others, sometimes the Outlook integration is not as smooth as I'd like. Recommendations to others considering the product Get ACT! it is the best CRM period. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeps track of our 100,000+ prospects extremely well.

What do you like best? The ability to send out emarketing emails to a group and tailor the message to each specific group. What do you dislike? The style of reports. Easy to Use
What do you like best? We use the calendar daily. The email integration is great for large groups of people. What do you dislike? The new mobile app doesn't integrate well. Minor Changes can provide 10/10 experience
What do you like best? tech support team (Some of the tech support members are very knowledgeable I like the short wait time to get connected to a live person, unlike previous years. MAKES MY JOB SO MUCH EASIER
What do you like best? I have a history of all my interaction with my contacts. I use it to keep track of my appointments. I use it to dial all my calls. What do you dislike? Not being able to transfer multiple history records at one time. Recommendations to others considering the product Helps you be more organized. Makes you job much easier. Kind of clunky, Marketing features not customizable
What do you like best? I like that this is web-based. It allows my team to use the product without the burden of a long testing and review by our IT department. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive. I'm constantly finding that I'm in the equivalent of a screen-within-a-screen while I'm working. I'd like to be able to find a customer and then go back to the entire customer list without having to use the drop-down menu. I like to think of myself as tech savvy so maybe I missed that ...
