What do you like best? I can easily access my clients' and potential clients' information, including notes from every phone call for the entirety of each relationship. By using category designations I can create groups and easily manage tasks related to my business. What do you dislike? I miss the "task bar" which I accidentally deleted but created something similar in a word processing program instead. MAKES MY JOB SO MUCH EASIER

What do you like best? I have a history of all my interaction with my contacts. I use it to keep track of my appointments. I use it to dial all my calls. What do you dislike? Not being able to transfer multiple history records at one time. Recommendations to others considering the product Helps you be more organized. Makes you job much easier. What do you like best? It is easy to customize and work with. It is totally portable regardless of which device I am using PC, Laptop or mobile device. It is easy for me to attach word documents and send them with the emails from my contacts email address. What do you dislike? I can be quirky. I get errors from time to time that seems to hang it up. Kind of clunky, Marketing features not customizable

What do you like best? I like that this is web-based. It allows my team to use the product without the burden of a long testing and review by our IT department. What do you dislike? It's not intuitive. I'm constantly finding that I'm in the equivalent of a screen-within-a-screen while I'm working.
