We like the program but have many issues trying to get it to sync with Outlook.

What do you like best? Ease of use in regards to CRM is a plus. Having it cloud based is also a plus. What do you dislike? After almost a year to trying, we still haven't been able to get the program to Sync with Outlook. Because of that, we have resorted to using the program strictly as a client database. An ACT! user forever - literally (since before it was released in the '80's)

What do you like best? It is fast and flexible and built on solid SQL standards. What do you dislike? Due to Microsoft not always playing well with others, sometimes the Outlook integration is not as smooth as I'd like. Recommendations to others considering the product Get ACT! it is the best CRM period. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Act! provides the ability to keep a detail history of all my contacts (3,089 at the moment along with a tickler as to when to follow up with them. Also gives the user the opportunity to track non-business facts that is a plus when speaking with your network. What do you dislike? Not much. Indispensable Sales Tool

What do you like best? ACT Contact Manager is and has been my "go-to" tool for the past 20 years. I cannot imagine being able to manage the sales cycle without it. My favorite feature is my daily activity list. What do you dislike? I wish the fields were a bit more user-friendly, however, that is not too big an issue because their customer support is good and any issues I have are quickly resolved with a remote session with tech support.
