What do you like best? Act is Intuitive, fast to learn and very flexible. Designing thing like your signature interfacing to Outlook, Word and other programs is huge. Best Contact Software
What do you like best? Easy to use, easy to teach. I like coming into work everyday going to task manager, view, file , today and I start marking my sales calls. They order or not and I put in a new call back date. I add notes so when I call back I know info about each customer so he thinks hes getting excellent customer service. What do you dislike? I have been using Act! for decades and it is excellent for my purposes

What do you like best? Whatever information I have, I can attach to the contact. It has a perpetual history as long as the contact is in the database. I can also set up Groups. I use it not only for buyers and sellers but personal groups with the ability to produce mailing labels, etc. I have been a user of ACT! since about 1990. Great for all of your Customer Retention and follow up!
What do you like best? Having Act! in our arsenal has really helped improve sales and keep all of our customers happy. The fact that you set calls and can upload all the documents right into ACT! helps keep every thing organised. Easy to implement and does not require a rocket scientist to use. The google integration along with Outlook helps us every day with reminders that pop up and make noise. This stops everything your doing in ACT! and makes you read what the reminder is. Using ACT! as your CRM solution
What do you like best? What I liked about ACT! was its ease of use as a CRM, low cost and a one-time fee for the program (for when we used it vs a SAAS with ongoing monthly or annual fees to remain a user of the software.
