ACT! Emarketing and database
What do you like best? The efficiency of the built in filter options on ACT! are superb and give us the end user very few limitations for what we use the database for. Another fantastic feature of ACT! is the ability to caption and attach files to each record, giving full tractability across the database. What do you dislike? ACT! Worked well, not bad price
What do you like best? The price was appealing, fairly easy to operate What do you dislike? Didn't like that it wasn't cloud based and that it only works on windows What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We needed a CRM system for our mailshots. Act! dealt with this well. The templates were very easy to use.

ACT enables me to sell more yachts
What do you like best? I never miss an opportunity to stay in touch with a client or prospective customer. ACT enables me to be more effective by keeping notes handy and available re the name of a spouse, birthdays, etc. What do you dislike? Learning and using ACT
What do you like best? I have used ACT for years, so I can use most of the new additions. I would say that it is fairly easy to use and there are activities to learn to use the system. Input of new prospects & customers is fairly easy. Updating the system and keep it up to day is also easy. I like that ACT is supposed to do everything that I want it to do. What do you dislike?
