What do you like best? I liked that there is a software and a remote version to work on, so you can get your work done where ever you are. What do you dislike? Act! crashed on us once and we had to completely start over with importing our information. This took a LONG time and we had issues after the crash as well. Customizable CRM, UI not the best

What do you like best? The one-time fee, responsive support team, customizable CRM. Keeps a record of all communication with clients if linked to Outlook. What do you dislike? UI is not the best. Most of the functions are not intuitive. It does not work on OSX. I end up carrying two laptops around all the time, one for Act and my mac for everything else. What do you like best? All the different AddOns available are so versatile to be able to work together with the Act! database but ultimately replace nearly every system you had been using previously and have them work together to save time. What do you like best? I like that ACT is very user-friendly. I use it primarily access our Chamber members and contacts. Additions can also be made to make it your own. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like it's functionality. It takes a while to get it set up and to learn it but it's worth it.. What do you dislike? What do you like best? easy look up. You can search by a variety of ways to find the record you are looking for What do you dislike? screen appearance. Using ACT for piano studio

What do you like best? Detailed contact management for the purpose of keeping track of inquiries,, followed by appointments, then student information. Most communication is done by email with regular use of swiftpage email service. What do you dislike? Lack of easy cross platform access. What do you like best? I understand how it works and can build my own layout and content What do you dislike? I still have to type the information!
