Free Administrative Hands!

What do you like best? ACT! serves the office as free support. When used with Activity Series and repetitive tasks - it's like having multiple staff members working in harmony. What do you dislike? Some functions are quirky and the report writing is a bit archaic. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tasks are never lost, history on clients is always retrievable and systems are developed and honed.

What do you like best? The simplicity and ease of use plus the great customer service and back up What do you dislike? Nothing at all the product is well priced and the customer service is excellent Recommendations to others considering the product Use ur to save time and never miss an opportuniy What business problems are you solving with the product? Act! is the hub of my business

What do you like best? Act! enables me to keep all information about customers, prospects, colleagues and vendors in one place and manage them easily. I also really appreciate the reminders - no more having to remember to call someone back! What do you dislike? Powerful & amazing database management

What do you like best? Search criteria, grouping, templates, tech support is terrific. What do you dislike? Very complicated to customize reports; have to pay for a consultant; cost and aggravation. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? STaying in touch with customers; building email and other mailing lists.

Invaluable database software, room for improvements

What do you like best? The software is easy to use. ACT offers good after sales support. Easy to import data What do you dislike? ACT shuts down when I send out mass E-zines to over 1000 contacts and is slow to load the account management page. The host serve for images is also slow. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ACT has been a valuable tool to help us target marketing materials to our verticals.

Great tool when it actually Syncs!

What do you like best? I love that it can sync to email in outlook and keep track of all tasks. It's easy to use for reminders and to keep projects on track as well as a record of each client's information and communication. What do you dislike? It's touchy and doesn't always sync.
