What do you like best? The layout of the cloud version and desktop version...Especially ver 19 and 20. I can't wait until I can incorporate Alexa into it. What do you dislike? Using ACT is very pleasent!
What do you like best? I use ACT primary to keep track of the different companies that the business I work for does business with. It enables the billing to go smoothly, and for all the different people using the program to call different businesses to leave little notes, so the next person is aware of any changes that may have occurred within that particular business. A great way to organize all of your contacts
What do you like best? We have a large client base and it is a great way to keep track of our vendors, customers, and anyone we come into contact. It is one of the most helpful pieces of software we use in our office. It is very easy to update and add notes to each person in the database. I love the way you can sort contacts by groups so that if you aren't sure who you're looking for you can at least sort by industry. What do you dislike? Gets the job done
What do you like best? It does what I want it to do when I want it to do it, it’s simple What do you dislike? ACT is the BEST CRM. I've Used It For Over 20 Years!!
What do you like best? Act is GREAT software! There are so many features that totally ROCK!! First, I can almost totally manipulate my database right from within Act. I used to program in Dbase and Access. There is no need in Act. And then there is the remote database sync. I can be out on the road all day and when I get to the office I just sync it. What do you dislike? It would be more reliable to have your own word processor/email instead of Microsoft Outlook as the pass through. ...

What do you like best? The ability to redesign database and add content. What do you dislike? Sometimes upgrades are not always compatible. Need to get a SQL mismatch solved. Act! Database for Contacts
What do you like best? I like how it is very detailed and easy to categorize. What do you dislike? I don't like how it automatically says it can't find something due to the keywords searched. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All of our contacts and donors are much more organized! Quicker searches. Quicker results.

Everything in One Place
What do you like best? Very easy to use and invaluable when travelling . What do you dislike? Cannot export a proper telephone list as we could with Swift marketing What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mail shots, Easy to control output and transfer contacts between colleagues if necessary
