What do you like best? I have customized ACT! so that it works for me. I really appreciate using a CRM to help me stay in touch with my customers. What do you dislike? ACT! is a very old and out of date program. I don't use the new cloud program. ACT! has SO many problems that you really need to purchase the service agreement, because you will need tech support. What do you like best? I guess if I had to like something it would be that you can slightly customize the database What do you dislike? It’s very antiquated and the support team isn’t great. Great contact manager

What do you like best? I like that this software is very customizable and I can easily manipulate customer data to see a full picture of my clients. What do you dislike? The cost is rather high when you need to have multiple accessing the database. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contact management and keeping track of clients and their products.

Not the most user friendly salesforce- but gets the job done

What do you like best? I like the ability to see my daily task lists and to be able to view all my overdue tasks as well. It makes it really easy to see what I have to do in a day. You can filter it to display the data you need. ACT! and Microsoft have a great partnership so you can send emails from Microsoft and it appears in both. Been using Act for about 5 years

What do you like best? keeps all my clients info readily availabke, can access from anywhere with login, and can update fields needed for my business. What do you dislike? took a while to get used to the setup and still dont use all of the features of Act. Ok, But Not Stellar

What do you like best? I like that it is familiar and easy to use the basics. What do you dislike? Definitely not intuitive. It is hard to find help for advanced tasks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping a my database organized and tasks on track. ACT has definitely kept me organized.

Act is the Best!!!

What do you like best? Being able to manipulate data in my Database. I love the way it integrates with the remote database on my laptop. I can be out doing sales calls on day. Keep all my notes and updates on my remote database. And then sync it to my main computer in the office. I use the exponencia auto-dialer and can make my calls using skype or majic jack. When on the road I have mounted my laptop in my car and can send them customized templated emails with pdf attached sales ...

What do you like best? Easy to sort and filter searches of contacts, several ways to categorize contacts What do you dislike? Very expensive and you only get a limited number of accounts to use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? consolidating all contacts into one place

What do you like best? Flexibility in creating custom fields. What do you dislike? Software does not keep up easily with Outlook Recommendations to others considering the product Partner closer with Microsoft so updates are easier to implement. Updates and syncing with Outlook are terrible. Makes the software appear to be antiquated. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Basic email communications. Understand who to call on.
