Good CRM for small businesses
What do you like best? I like the program because its easy to look up contacts, schedule future calls, appointments, daily reports and deals in the works. What do you dislike? I have had difficulty sync desktop and laptop. If you call Tech support they want to charge you too much to help Recommendations to others considering the product best value on he market. Many of the other online are really for management to know whats going on. They don't necessary help you sell What ...

Made me a believer
What do you like best? Versatility. The program enables you to do so much. Customize your layout. Create document and email templates, and track opportunities in a variety of ways. What do you dislike? There are only a few minor things that I dislike. When looking for contacts, the search feature is not very forgiving if you do not type the name in wrong. Other than that, not many dislikes. Recommendations to others considering the product We use the Premium version, and the ...

Good enough, but not great!
What do you like best? Honestly, not much. The only thing i do a lot is export data out, so for me that's pretty easy. What do you dislike? Ha! Do I have a character limit? The dashboard and navigation is clunky. Too many navigation panes that do the same thing in multiple areas. It's not very intuitive, when entering a contact, you never know if all or parts of the contact info is already in the database. Emarketing needs some serious R&D as it's no where near what a marketer would ...

Integration with Outlook doesn't work, and they won't fix it. Evaluating alternatives
What do you like best? Lookup feature, flexibility to custom fields, columns in list view, export to Excel What do you dislike? That they either refuse to fix or cannot fix a problem with basic functionality. A CRM system is supposed to increase efficiency. ACT Pro succeeds in this in some ways, but fails in others due to bugs in the system. Key among these is the interface with Office and Outlook (ACT crashes every single time I try to create an e-mail from a template, or send an ...

Uncloud CRM
What do you like best? The fact that everything is going to the "cloud" is nice but sometimes I like to be able to use the software that I am paying/paid for where ever I am and ACT still allows you to do this, with their offline client. What do you dislike? The rare instances that I would like to be logged into 2 separate databases at the same time with in the same program or even in multiple instances of the program would be nice but with the offline this is not achievable (it is ...

Can't Live Without It
What do you like best? Act database is easy to use and templates can be customized to your liking. What do you dislike? In my version of ACT the search function can't be used for quires with 3 or more search commands. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use ACT for keeping track of my progress with each client. We've been using this software for many years and have an extensive database. It's a key to our businesses success.

Older system with little Customization
What do you like best? The contact system allows you to search and group people fairly easily What do you dislike? You cannot customize reports or fields for reports. A lot of the stuff like notes and history is terrible when needing to export or print lead sheets Recommendations to others considering the product They have outsourced much of their tech support overseas. Often this is challenging to get answers and information across as there is a language barrier/understanding. My ...
