It's cheap and useable but archaic and ties into NOTHING but Outlook

What do you like best? It's cheap and you can use it as a database. It can be used for drip marketing a LITTLE but only for sending the emails and not recording email responses etc. Chatting w/ the free support can be good or bad. What do you dislike? NO other tools, applications/program connect to Act! The support is in India and sometimes it's good and sometimes not. Because chat support is limited, you have to hire a Certified Act! consultant and there are very few. Really, ...

ACT! is still great 25 years after I started using it as my main CRM tool.

What do you like best? ACT gives you the ability to keep up with an unlimited number of people and still treat everyone as a special customer/supplier/person, etc. Once you learn how to use it, which does not take very long, you can use as much or as little as you need to get your particular job done and done right! It has very strong search tools, and it is much better than Outlook in keeping up with meetings, calls, and to-do's. As you become more familiar with ACT, you will be able to ...

What do you like best? Act keeps all my contact in one place; helps with remembering conversations and for follow ups What do you dislike? it doesn't integrate well with Outlook for emails Recommendations to others considering the product Act is a great product when working with lots of contacts and prospects What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Search the entire database for any word in my entire database, very useful indeed What do you dislike? "Notes" and "History" are on two separate tabs. , Very inconvenient for me. What do you like best? The ease of entering information once your templates are all set up. The accessibility to well trained 3rd party consultants to assist with set up and creation. What do you dislike? Customizing templates can be time consuming and frustrating at times if you don't always want to use a 3rd party consultant. great office tool

What do you like best? i like that we can see what opps the sales team is working What do you dislike? i do not like that we can not change the default to search for company names under the customer search and that all of my reps see everyones opps. they want to be able to just see their own with out filtering. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we can see who is working and who is not.
