ACT! and Swiftpage WORK for me
What do you like best? Ease of Use, Simple, Better Than Excellent Technical Support. The feeling of confidence when I use the app. I am accustomed to appearance and responses to inputs. Excellent Service - Knowledgeable with ACT and with Microsoft Windows and Office Integration
What do you like best? Jeff, the technician was very knowledgeable about the recent Windows-10 Update and the Office update. The issues were clearly identified, not only was the ACT problem solved, but it solved additional issues with other applications using Windows Services in Word What do you dislike? So quick - so easy - so efficient!
What do you like best? ACT! is the way to go for any Client Management system. It provides everything you could possibly want to organize, communicate, and keep track of information in a safe, guarded, and effective manner. Pretty basic but effective s/w
What do you like best? Keyword search, ability to create lookup and then filter by territory/company or any of the other columns What do you dislike? No app or cloud based access. Use Act for filling in Contracts and PO's
What do you like best? We use ACT to create subcontracts as templates so that we can quickly write multiple subcontracts for a project without having to cut and paste or merge documents. The same for POs. That way the delivery addresses, contact phone numbers etc. go onto every PO and SUb. If used right its great!
What do you like best? Act really simplified things. You can keep track of every salesmen and it was easy to install! What do you dislike? The licensing is a bit weird and expensive.
