Excellent communication skills and problem solved in a timely manner

What do you like best? Professionalism and experienced technical support. Willingness to help with no impatience. I always can depend on the Technician being very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. What do you like best? Simple to use yet robust organization, search, and scheduling capabilities. What do you dislike? The biggest shortcoming is no Google integration. Great Product - Better Service

What do you like best? ACT is a fantastic CRM - but the customer service is even better. If I need help with ACT, all I have to do is call and ask. Someone is usually on the phone with me within a few minutes and quickly answers my questions. No software is perfect, but it's nice to know a HUMAN in there to help me. What do you dislike? Of course it would be nice to talk to someone without a heavy Indian accent, but my most recent interaction was fantastic and I could easily understand ...

Powerful Software that is easy to learn and extremely customizable

Robust, powerful, on-site databases w/ backups to local or iscsi drives

What do you like best? It has darn near every type of field available, action built-in and follow-up type of alert you could possibly think of. You can custom create more fields, run reports on all fields even those you created, you can customize the view and layout that every user in your organization will see, or create one for different departments that displays the fields they use the most. Can't reap all features of the software

What do you like best? Option to utilize as a cloud-based service, mobile-compatible. What do you dislike? I really dislike that I am not able to link Act! to outlook on my iMac. Recommendations to others considering the product Find an alternative CRM is you plan on using a Mac computer. What do you like best? There should be an easier more user friendly way to enter data. Many steps are repeatative What do you dislike?
