What do you like best? That each contact listing is thorough - the ability to add contacts to multiple lists is fantastic. What do you dislike? It is not user-friendly; it is difficult to delete contacts, merge duplicates, and execute many other functions that could make this application perfect. Not user friendly, archaic design
What do you like best? It provides me and my colleague with a collaborative foundation for our base of media contacts What do you dislike? It's incredibly dated and very frustrating to use. The design is not user friendly, and it takes new users quite a while to learn how to use. Would not reccomend. A Great CRM
What do you like best? ACT allows me to record activities, encourage me to make calls and send follow up emails and stay in touch. It also allows me to sort by a myriad of criteria to help me located or identify selected contacts.. What do you dislike? ACT syncs badly with Outlook and that makes keeping my iPhone and iPad contact lists current. We have almost 18,000 contacts and some ACT search functions are slow. Excellent Product
What do you like best? I have used Act for more than 12 years in my business and could not do without it. We have customised the programme to suit our business perfectly. Great flexible software and reliable
What do you like best? I like the helpful courteous tech support especially act has become more complicated to install and to get in trouble with. Review of Act Premium version 20
What do you like best? Simple to track contacts, activities and companies. Bare bones...and that's what I like. Databases are small and easy to manage. Integration with outlook is fairly simple. What do you dislike? Microsoft updates wreck havoc on it. Business support hours are only on the weekdays. Support is largely overseas so sometimes translation is poor. Exceptional Support Experience
What do you like best? I needed some assistance with ACT. The tech logged into my computer and fixed my issue and volunteered to update the version. A nice bonus for me.
