Act is a good time

What do you like best? The ability to search different sections of act. What do you dislike? Act tends to shut down a lot when you are in the middle of things. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Act helps me produce great prospects to call and get appointments set up.

Wonderful

What do you like best? I do QA for a commercial cleaning company and we use act to veiw customer accounts and potential clients info and it is wonderful What do you dislike? It can be a little slow and if you dont know what you are doing it can be confusing What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems. ACT! works, but has some quirks

What do you like best? customizable interface, can pull data using other programs for reports. there's a whole ecosystem of add-ons (most not free, third party if you need them. for a small business, there is an option for small number of licenses. What do you dislike? you need the add-ons because there's functionality missing. There's lots of bloat to the software (CPU and memory hog, and memory leak (in the version I use. Our team uses ACT a lot!

What do you like best? ACT is easy to create new fields and drop downs so we can sort and find things simply. What do you dislike? I dislike the update speed. What do you like best? The service has improved significantly, fast response time, pleasant people. I'm going to call right after this survey just to chat with customer service. What do you dislike? I don't spend more time learning how to more effectively use ACT. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
