What do you like best? It syncs all my contacts with my iPhone and reminders come up automatically 30 minutes in advance - Never miss an appointment! What do you dislike? Easy to add new program

What do you like best? Makes my life easy to stay in touch with my customers. I have been using ACT since the 1980s over that time they are always making it better to stay current or better than other CRM systems. What do you dislike? If I have a complaint is that it takes longer to talk to their support department than I like! What do you like best? Act is a great Customer Relationship Management Tool where you can add all your active and prospect database. And you can look up easily any client profile you wish with all contact information and details you need. You can add some notes to each customer and then add some reminders or notes, very useful. Classic Program with a Long Standing Reputation

What do you like best? Their service is reliable, the program is easy to use and very self explanatory. The fields and options are very customize-able. The page organization looks nice and neat and is presented well. What do you dislike? It doesn't seem like they are as popular as Salesforce now. I'm not sure why. User Friendly, easy to access areas.

What do you like best? Now that our database has been finally set up correctly to work for us. We can now get more use of the of data that has been input. The negative was our issue not ACT! we were lacking in knowledge of creating our database. It holds plenty of data and gives us options to tailor the database to our benefits. Awful system, complicated, and useless

What do you like best? Nothing at all, I disliked all the aspects about the program itself. Its robust, but not user friendly nor helpful. What do you like best? The Customer Service is exceptional. I highly recommend the Ultimate Support Plan. The technicians respond immediately and are very pleasant and helpful. Act! is an Administrative Life-Saver

What do you like best? We have used Act! since the DOS version to maintain the student records for our nontraditional Seminary. From consultations to maintaining student records and transcripts, it does a great job! What do you dislike? Sometimes MS SQL and Windows are a little touchy.
