Not a bad CRM but better ones out there
What do you like best? I liked how customize-able Act! is and that it's fairly easy to do. It's not so advanced that you need loads of training to figure it out. It's easy to add to client information and make changes when necessary What do you dislike? I found it troublesome to search for contacts; they just never seemed to populate. Also, creating templates with our letterhead was a pain. If I was doing a mass mailing the template images would move down a little with each contact. ...

What do you like best? ACT! is the best approach for any Client Management framework. It gives all that you could need to arrange, convey, and monitor data's in an adequately defended way. The program can coordinate all our messages to our contacts and spares any connections in the contact's history. What do you like best? Search capability of nearly all fields, integration with Outlook and Gmail, single place for organizing all sorts of contact and company data, accessible from Web, Windows and mobile. What do you like best? I've been using ACT! since the DOS days and have been very pleased with it from day one! I like that it easily interacts with my iPhone and is easy to track contacts and orders. In addition, the scheduling is essential tool. What do you like best? I love that each email, note and history or activity are attached to the actual contact's record. I can take detailed notes. What do you dislike? Long time user for contact manager
What do you like best? I have been using Act! for almost 20 years. for my needs there is not a better contact manager. I often need to look up contacts on data other than Name or phone # . ACT! allows me e to search under any contact field and partial data. This is rather useful for me. What do you like best? Overall it is by far the best contact manager I have used. The ability to group, and have a large database is better than any other. the interface with Google and Outlook is much improved. What do you dislike? Not much. Very good sales tool

ACT! Keeps our company organized.
What do you like best? I like the power of keeping my contacts organized and in a single location. I also like the way ACT! integrates directly with Office 365 to manage my contacts.
