Manageable CRM system
What do you like best? Easy to use. Keeps my activities organized. Easy to find past contacts and review notes. What do you dislike? I have been using ACT for a very long time. The constant updates are not automatic and require an hour long call every time. Mobile app not easy to use. Better on the tablet than on the cell phone. Old School CRM Tool
What do you like best? Captures all of my client information - Contact, notes, address etc. What do you dislike? Not intuitive, difficult to navigate, crashes relatively often, will sometimes replace my notes with code for a short period of time. Lots of bugs. What problems are you solving with the product? Act has been a great solution
What do you like best? Act is very customizable. You can make it work exactly how it needs to for your business. What do you dislike? It sometimes overlaps data. Easy to Use
What do you like best? The ability to query the system or export to an Excel sheet. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of at this time. Transformative
What do you like best? I can set up all my email campaigns at the start o the year and leave ACT! to it. It's like having another staff member who is better than me. What do you dislike? The inevitable set up niggles BUT the tech support team are so good it's never stressful. They speak human not tech and get stuff sorted. Keeps my documentation in order
What do you like best? Note keeping, documentation record keeping for court records and possible subpoena/deposing. What do you dislike? The Calendar issues with web program. My other users and I use it to communicate as we travel and communicate via this program. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Logging on my phone screws up the calendar times

Act is robust and flexible
What do you like best? Act has incredible flexibility and customization options that allow it to suit any of a very wide variety of needs, both in terms of data to store, as well as how to present it. With the ability to have and use multiple layouts, we can separate how the data is presented to each team, eliminating unnecessary information and placing emphasis and focus on the data each team needs to see. Works well but can be tempremental at times
What do you like best? The dashboard metrics are really powerful and we can drill out the data we are looking for. What do you dislike? For instance when you send a mass e-mail bigger than a certain file size the process sends 6 emails and stops. No error message or warning is given.
