Reliable backup and recovery, but not a product for everyone.
(1) Somewhat disappointed that there is not a non-subscription purchase option for Acronis Cyber Protection Edition. I would switch to the Home edition except the all the backup files created by Cyber Protection are not compatible with the Home Edition. (2) This edition is difficult to navigate, in my opinion. The backups are fairly easy, but I recently had to recover my C: (system) drive because of a bad update and it was a challenge to find the options to do so. Even restoring single ...

The programs runs as it should each…
The programs runs as it should each scheduled time. However, I have not had to recovery any files from it yet. I have looked for files and it is very slow to work through the directories. I have never gotten the rescue disk created. It gets some kind of an error and says it can't create it. I'm hoping I never have to rely on the backup. Better documentation might help a lot!

The backup is reasonably simple
The backup is pretty simple and the backup can be easily mounted for quick retrieval of single files.

Smooth full data restore from my old laptop to new laptop
I have been using Acronis True Image (currently known as Cyber Protect Home Office) for years to back up my entire laptop onto an external hard drive. Recently, I had to upgrade my laptop. After removing the SSD from my old laptop and installing it in the new one, the system failed to boot up, and I was met with a blue screen of death.
