Simple and Reliable
Its simple to use and I have set up a scheduled weekly full back up and don't have to worry about it. Three times in my years of usage I have had to do a full restore and it has always worked correctly.

Except not being able to automatically…
Except not being able to automatically backup at a certain date the rest is okay. The other thing is when I deleted emails for unknown reason it also deleted the emails in my backup

Not happy with the latest version
While I have been very happy with the backup component of the software, I have encountered issues with the cybersecurity portion. Because of recurrent "blue screen" crashes, I have had to disable it. In addition, installing the most recent version caused the same issues whether the cybersecurity component was enabled or not. In fact, I was forced to recover my system from a backup to get it functioning again.
