One of those products which DOESN'T do what it says on the tin!
I have used Acronis True Image 2020, and now upgraded to True Image 2021, and performed backups regularly thinking I was protecting myself.But now I wanted to restore a backup and, after a full day of trying and following all their instructions all I have suceeded in is getting the "dead" PC to reboot into Acronis. That in itself took several hours but STILL cannot restore the backup I have. I have even tried to clone the disc and move that across but, no, still nothing.A hopeless peice of ...

I have used Acronis back ups since 2015. Over those years the Software has been consistent in getting worse. It now regularly crashes.

Great recovery from a foolish mixup...
This incident arose because of a mixup on an Acronis Chat session in which a case was opened repeatedly while there was no activity on the chat session. This got resolved pretty quickly when I hooked up with Amaan. My concern was that an instance of True image was not reporting properly on the cloud dashboard. Amaan fixed everything up quite deftly and entirely to my satisfaction.

I really regret buying this in 2021
I really regret buying this in 2021. I only wanted to do an image of my C drive which is about 130GB in size. I checked on the Acronis site and it said the estimated time for backup would be 90 minutes. Well at first the program would not open but hung on "user settings" then demanded I reboot. Finally it opened, and I set up my backup whereupon it said it "could not" make the backup. I had to reboot again. Then it started with an estimated time of 16 hours. I'm a 54 year IT veteran. Just wasted over 100 hours on Acronis 2021. Their help team are patient & friendly, but totally useless. Avoid this product.
