Acronis support is lacking or non…
Acronis support is lacking or non existent. Out of 4 months I've been with them I have had limited to NO response for help from the company. The product has been failing for 3 months and they fix it for a SHORT period of time then it goes back to not working again. Due to my wasted time babysitting the product I asked for a refund. Tried to cancel service
Tried to cancel service; did so, but was charged by an automatic bill to my credit card. Because of a lag in my credit card billing, I did not realize I'd been charged for 30 days, after which they give no refunds. Since they would not refund $79.99, I asked for the service to be restored, but since I'd cancelled service, they refused.Wish I'd read reviews. I do not recommend this company or its products.

NEVER USE AGAIN - I was a loyal customer for 12+ years
I was a loyal customer for 12+ years. No more. I have left and will NEVER use again.I paid for the 'product' in 2020 December. I only ever use the bootable ISO to backup.I logged on to my account. My download was not there. I asked for tech support. They told me that I had signed up for a 1 year subscription ONLY. I have been purchasing Acronis every 2-3 years for the last 12+ years. The application don’t work well y is automatically renewed
The application don’t work well. And worse the automatic renew increase 100% initial subscription price without possible cancelation after the charge in your credit card is done. Bad business policy toward customers!!! Don’t buy it

I got free version because it came with…
I got free version because it came with new 2TB WD HDD, so I downloaded that version and installed it. The problem is instead of just sitting there for when I wanted to use it to partition or work with hdd, it started monitoring my system and web surfing, and when I started a online game I have had forever lotro, it came on and wanted to delete the program, when I tried to un-install Acronis, it IS fighting me all the way, and is taking forever to un-install, DO NOT GET this, bad.

Wow...such heartache.
Wow... what trash. I installed the new cyber protect product just to try it out. It would not download up to date definitions and when I tried to do a disk cleanup with it (my main drive is a Samsung nvme SSD) all night and it still wasn't done. Canceled that and tried to uninstall. Failed...repeatedly, finally had to get the Microsoft fixit app to get it done. Seriously, stick with something like BitDefender and Malware Bytes. Not this piece of garbage.

Buyer Beware - A failed product and a failed service provider
I bought an expensive version of this product on the advice of Best Buy - but even they could not recover my data when needed for my repaired computer. It cost me hundreds of dollars to reconstruct my database. I am currently trying to upload my data to the Acronis Cloud - according to the system it will require only 14 days to upload - duh. This is a failed product and a failed service provider. Buyer Beware.
