Satisfied with what the program does...but...

Satisfied with what the program does, but not crazy about any interactions I've had. Whenever I've had questions, I'm treated like I work in the computer field. I don't, I'm a business owner in construction. I'm told to try things that I have no idea what they are. Given up a few times. Not sure if I'll re-new my subscription next time.

Great Product and Caring Support Staff

Acronis is a great backup tool, easy to learn and maintain so that you can always restore your files easily if that need arises. The product works very well and the normal process & procedures of running the tool are well documented. Where I only rate them 4 stars is that when something does go wrong "thats out of the ordinary" there is no simple way to explain that to support staff. I believe that I could have easily documented what was happenning in an email along with screen shots to ...

Done with Acronis

I need a backup product not a Swiss army knife of random software that hogs resources while doing nothing for me. Come renew time I'll be looking at another product.

Slow starter

I've had Acronis for a handful of years. I use it mainly for back ups. It has become more reliable over the last few years and backs up well according to my schedules that I set. However it still takes a long time (>1 minute) to open up the software on 5 or 7 core processor.

Bad software. bad support, bad company

First of all I am only giving one stare because it's the least allowed. Why do I give this rating. I have tried Acronis true image and found it to be full of bugs. I have friends who warned me about how troublesome other Acronis products were, but I didn't listen because they were not using Acronis specifically. Customer service is utterly useless, some of them sound so foreign, understanding them is diabolical. Another issue was subscription charges. I regard this as a rip off payment ...

Not good anymore

From years ago, I had Acronis in my mind when some Image-based backup stuff came up to do. I thought it would provide a simple bootable application to do that.Well I was dissapointed.- Subscribtion based- Comes with Anti-Virus bloatware that I don't even want- Anti-Virus can't be turned off- Maybe I'm an idiot but I didn't undestand how to properly use the bootable Image backupSo I wen with Clonezilla which is free and comes without all the bloatware stuff.Really sad to see a once great ...
