"Functionality showing its age. In need of an update."
What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Basic email automation functionality works well, as well as the ability to write custom queries with any number of criteria. Salesforce CRM app also works well for syncing contact records back and forth between the ESP and the CRM. Pricing model doesn't penalize you for the size of your database. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? Functionality lags far behind competitors. Regularly find bugs in reporting, automation, backend process, ...
