What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Very powerful product. I love the UI simplicity, combined with intuitive data flow. API is solid. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? Acoustic needs to automate exports, allow sql queries to join on data tables (cross contact sources), and really expose related data to the query (not just the recipient level data), oh, and better reporting. What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Acoustic has bought over all the great functionality from Silverpop and more recently IBM. The platform boasts many innovative features to enable to user to develop a "true" omnichannel CRM strategy. The integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Facebook and WordPress are fairly painless. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? "Really good enterprise email marketing program."

What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Acoustic has a great query and database system. You can create a crazy amount of queries with amazing detail. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? There are a lot of little glitches in the software. (ie. where you should be able to "tab" from cell to cell, you cant.).
