What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? I like that that the tool is intuitive and allows for predictive outreach without needing technical aptitude. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? There is alot of options that I do not use due to the nature of our business and outsourced data source, so it feels like waste. What problems is Acoustic Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you? The tool allows me to realize and increase our outreach with minimal touchpoints and coding.

"Excellent Product"

What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? The ease of use. As someone who had no prior experience with the product prior to joining my company, I was impressed with how easy it was to learn. What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? The new WCA UI is great for visual navigation. The ability to customize programs and scoring models is great for unique user personalization. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? The mailing Reports does not provide an easy way to export reports, graphs or charts in a flexible way. I'd like to see more indepth reporting for programs. What problems is Acoustic Campaign solving and how is that benefiting you? We are reaching our customers and giving them the content they want. What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Moving away from the manual processing of Campaign to the Automated process has saved us a ton of time as well as limited errors in the process. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign? There isn't really a dislike on the product. Jumping from version to version can be a hassle as things tend to change in terms of button locations etc... but that is very minimal. New experience is way slower than the old one for a super user. The sidebar keeps popping out, and you need to click it away actively. What do you like best about Acoustic Campaign? Actually reporting integration is nice. Data integration to other platforms is also nice. But the thing is inside the program the reporting label should be much more easier to manage. We use addons for managing the reporting platform. What do you dislike about Acoustic Campaign?
