What do you like best? I love that we can use this at work for multi-functions. It tracks communication and keeps all communications in the same series. You're able to include different people in different groups. This software is versatile that we can also use it to communicate with other companies, and send out request for proposals. Great program!

What do you like best? I like that I'm able to communicate with and send info (large files to our subs through the program. I can easily track the open and closed RFP's for future reference. What do you dislike? I don't like that after I've read mail in the program, it disappears. I have to click on my mail only and search every time.
