PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The pros include the ability to send large files easily, effectively communicate with our subs, and effortlessly track open and closed RFPs. What aspects are problematic or could work better? The mails disappear after I open them. I still need to go to mail only and search for the specific mail in order to find them. What I really think of Aconex!

What do you like best? Aconex is fairly easy to navigate. Issuing is very easy and normally goes without a hitch. However, if you are not part of the main contracting team ie: one of the partners or the sub contractors you at the mercy of the main contractor to help with terminating workflows and looking into problems with workflows. What do you like best? Aconex has allowed us to organise the many documents & mails for our projects in one easy to find location. What do you dislike?
