What do you like best? The ease of having primarily remote employees be able to track and submit their weekly hours and expenses without having a lot of paper or emails cluttering everything up. The tool is very simple to use and most of the people start to use it without any training. The management worked with us to improve the tool to suit VMWare's needs.
