Really disappointing customer service
Really disappointing customer service. Tried for months to cancel my subscription, it’s almost impossible to get them to respond. Monthly subscription fees keep going off even when they assure us the account is ‘cancelled’. They are still yet to refund us for months of service they have not offered us. This is unacceptable.
