CHARGED AUTOMATICALLY AND "REIMBURSED" BUT NEVER GOT IT AND NOW THEY WONT ANSWER

We got charged after the demo automatically, never got a receipt, when asked for a refund and specifically asked for it to be sent to a different account since we had cancelled the card we originally had on our account, they confirmed that the change had been made, then claimed to have sent the money to the account we said NOT TO SEND, they wont give us a valid invoice to track down the "refund" but my bank claims that its impossible that it got through since that account of ours was ...
