Nothing positive for the average user
All the positive comments are from HR managers who are impressed with the service. Try it as one of their employees and you will see what a poor service is offered. They have now removed ALL help options from the platform. The "chatbot" will answer one of 5 preselected questions, the answer to all of which is to gove a link to a help file. You can never get in touch with any of the people holding your personal data without your permission.

We have had a great experience with People HR. Jack T. has been extremely helpful, going above and beyond to get us set up as quickly as possible. His knowledge of the system has been invaluable and his customer service/care has been greatly appreciated. Amy T has also been amazing, super fast replies and lots of helpful information.

Absolutely dreadful business to deal…
Absolutely dreadful business to deal with. I totally agree with the other reviews on this site. Emails are ignored countless times. There is no follow through by account managers and that’s when you are lucky enough to speak with one.
