Great training session with Matt
Matt was clearly very knowledgeable regarding the system and was able to explain how to use Ripple. He could quickly answer any queries that we had and arranged a follow up once we had had the time to digest the information from the training session.

General navigation training good
Trainer extremely knowledgeable and navigated around the system efficiently and quickly, showing us key features etc. I did make notes but they do not explicitly capture how to actually do certain things. More practical aspects of using the system i.e. how to actually create company specific platform details would be more useful. For example, I am struggling to add TOIL as a logbook in other event types as I can't readily find this. I had been lead to believe this would be the focus of the ...

Matt was patient, understanding and supportive of our needs as we try to negotiate our way through PHR and setting up our interactive processes. He made time to show us, let us have a go and help us with mistakes that were made. He really helped us set up processes, ripples and queries and explained them thoroughly so our use of PHR is so much better for us.

I'd say "avoid" ...but good luck doing that.
If the Access Group buy a company, expect it to go downhill. Rapidly. This is the 3rd time I've ended up using a piece of HR software that Access have made an absolute pigs ear of. PeopleHR is just the latest. Every time I try to escape their grasp...they just seem to purchase whatever software I move to. They have a track record of ruining any semblance of an intuitive UI. Integrating holiday planner into UST Outlook
I raised an urgent query how to link holiday planner to outlook and contacted Access Group by phone. I hoped to resolve it the same day. PeopleHR Training
Great training session run by Matt Temperton. Provided a clear and consise agenda for the day, kept to timings but still had the time to answer any queries that arose during each section in depth. Excellent communication prior to the training and following with Matt sending through all the links he promised during the training session. Really believe we got the most out of the training session and will be using the PeopleHR platform to its full potential.
