Excellent trainer!
Excellent trainer, Thomas Booth. He helped us achieve what we wanted to from the training in a completely different (and better!) way to what we had planned. We were also able to cover additional items in the time. Thomas took the time to get to know what our requirements were and then challenged them which resulted in a much better solution! Thank you!

PeopleHR - Jack Tuhey's excellent support
I have received excellent support from Jack Tuhey during our search for HR software, not only was he very knowledgeable of the product, but also came to the rescue when we hit an unexpected delay in our selection process. We are all now looking forward to having the migration phase completed and going live with PeopleHR!

Customer service is a joke
The software itself is OK, user friendly and does what it says. However, customer services is a joke. We are in the process of trying to cancel and I have already spent over 2 hours on the phone. Just now over 30 minutes on hold to then hear an automated message saying no one is in to assist and it hung up. Any thought of using them again has gone.

Great training.
Great training. Joe Sutcliffe was my trainer and he had answers to all of my questions. The training was complete and very easy to understand. His attitude was fantastic, and the 4 hours went really quick. Thanks again Joe for your help

Marc Seager is a very efficient CRM!
People HR works well for our company and industry (Lloyd's Insurance Market), and has many features we have not yet had the chance to utilise. Marc Seager has been stellar in providing a very efficient response when I have queries or issues and will always find the right person at Access to achieve a resolution. Couldn't ask for more from our Client Relationship Manager.
