Informative and useful
The trainer, Kallum, was very friendly and energetic, which really helps on on-line training sessions. The information covered we needed to know, with useful tips and recommendations based on our company needs and requirements. Kallum was very knowledgable, informative, and had great passion for the system and it's capabilities.

Great support from Tom
We are in the thick of implementing our new platform and Tom (Booth) very patiently took us through all the system functions, answering any questions that we had -there were many! and provided additional focus in areas that we requested. The only suggestion that I would have is that the training is demonstration led, I feel that our team would have benefitted if we could have been a little more hands on. Invaluable training

Thomas was knowledgeable but understood that not everyone was totally confident in using the system. He listened to our needs and tailored his approach to the training session, making me feel confident in building what I need.
