The perfect tool for an IT service company

Flexible and intuitive CRM / PSA
What do you like best? Accelo has been a great solution for our company - we replaced our old CRM that was integrated into Outlook (but nothing else!, and have found Accelo has many functions that go beyond what we were expecting from a CRM system. Needs improvement.
What do you like best? Accelo provides streamlined communication all in one platform. What do you dislike? Accelo uses confusing verbiage that is difficult to pick up as a company. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had been using multiple platforms and repeating our efforts on those. Now, everything is one platform, although we are still learning as a company.
