What do you like best? I like that Accelo combines almost all facets of my business in one application. Not only do I get CRM & sales capability, I also get job/task tracking, project management, support ticketing, and billing! What do you like best? I have tried many, many CRM's before but Accelo has proved the one that provides all the different elements that I require to run my business. The setting up and importing my client data is straightforward and it has all the 3rd party integrations you could hope for. I now have true insight into how my business is performing. What do you like best? Integrations with emails and Gmail is what I appreciate more. What do you dislike? No availability of future task reminders. What do you like best? The best part is you can easily log work without losing time. Excellent tool for a Marketing Agency looking to get hold of productivity

What do you like best? Before we used Accelo, time spent on work was gathered via a rather ugly Outlook task list workaround, which was neither practical nor scaleable. Accelo's project and retainer scheduling functionality allows us to book-in large projects much more easily than before, and also ensures that time is tracked more accurately, allowing senior management to find true profitability of projects and marketing services. Really great Support team and great little product....

What do you like best? The quoting process is simplified by having easily editable templates set up. We also have different currencies available in our account which makes quoting globally much easier. It is easy to input your time in timesheets and manage your team's.
