ABS does what I need it to do
What do you like best? It helps me look up customer information. It is easy to navigate and is user-friendly. What do you dislike? I dislike that the system crashes from time-to-time. It doesn't always allow me to log in and prompts me to change my password, but never updates it. Does what I need it to do, most of the time
What do you like best? ABS is laid out in a way that is user-friendly What do you dislike? I dislike that ABS crashes frequently when in certain branches. It prompts me to change my password from time-time but never actually updates the newest password and reverts to the original.
