What do you like best about Absorb LMS? The helpful staff, quick responses and willingness to help troubleshoot (even when operator error), friendliness and patience with all staff encountered. What do you like best about Absorb LMS? The most helpful thing about Absorb LMS is having our dedicated CSM to hand for any queries I may have. The upside to Absorb LMS, for me, is that I find it pretty user friendly, this is the first LMS I have used from an Admin side and I find it easy to navigate.

The product itself is good, but it's really made amazing by the crew that I can constantly contact to get things solved. What do you like best about Absorb LMS? Absorb allows us to standardize employee training across our organization with various course formats. This enables us to utilize formalized training packages, as well as creating our own training that is specific to our industry and sites. What do you like best about Absorb LMS? Absorb allows us to easily create courses and track our users. With Absorb, we're able to provide a variety of courses - both online and instructor-led courses to our audience. Our Client Success Manager, Stephanie, is responsive, friendly and helpful. She keeps us updated on updates to the LMS. The billing office is responsive to our requests.
