What do you like best about Ableton Live? I found the midi input interface to be intuitive and pleasant to work with. The UI makes sense without being overly literal with hardware simulation like with Reason. I don't have a real musical education/background so, for someone starting out with the software I found it to be quite accessible and easy to learn. What do you like best about Ableton Live? The Session View. I build whole tracks in session view before I send to arraignment view. I'll get it as close to the finished product before i start recording into arrangement view, where i finish the song like i normally do. What do you like best about Ableton Live? That it's the only DAW where you can produce and play live sets. It's very simple and easy to use. I learned to use this program on my own, without any music knowledge. The GUI is very clean, therefore making it easy to layout sounds and compose. I played a live show after 4 days of use.
