What do you like best about 800.com? Very easy to use, and dashboard is straight forward. What do you dislike about 800.com? Really no downsides to 800.com. Everything works fairly seamlessly. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to track call trends after hours.

"Easy to use"
What do you like best about 800.com? We needed an 800 number for a new texting service we implemented. 800.com was easy to use and reasonably priced. What do you dislike about 800.com? We were hoping to not need a new 800 number, but since we couldn't use our original number, it was a good solution. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? It allowed us to sign up for our texting service and have a custom number.

What do you like best about 800.com? I really enjoy the text feature. It keeps my business & personal texts separate. What do you dislike about 800.com? I haven't yet found a "dislike" when using the service.. Recommendations to others considering 800.com: Just give it a go! What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? 800.com helps to keep my business & personal calls separate. I love the fact that I only need one phone.

What do you like best about 800.com? I love the fact that my number is directly connected with my brand. What do you dislike about 800.com? I like everything about 800.com. I was able to obtain the number I wanted for my law firm. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to have a number that goes hand in hand with my brand.

What do you like best about 800.com? I really like that I can receive TEXT MESSAGES, and I was able to tailor my 800 phone number to my business name EPIC. Whenever I have a question or concerns in CHAT I receive a quick response to my email. What do you dislike about 800.com? It was very intuitive and I didn't have to be digging through documentation. What do you dislike about 800.com? The 800 number took a bit to be ready to use. I wish it was available instantly.
