What do you like best about 800.com? Easy GUI to set up and control and route calls. What do you dislike about 800.com? Cannot set up outbound caller-ID to use a specialized number. "Helps with customers"

What do you like best about 800.com? It gives me a number to receive emails on incoming calls and voicemails. It also prevents scam calls which can waste my time. The cost has been low and reasonable annually, which is great for small businesses and startups. What do you dislike about 800.com? What do you like best about 800.com? Easy to use, very intuitive interface, never any issues What do you dislike about 800.com? Never had an issue. Wish the cost was lower. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to centralize inbound calls and avoid posting staff mobile numbers online

"Great Business Tool"

What do you like best about 800.com? Very powerful and can be configured to great details. It answered all my bus comm needs! What do you dislike about 800.com? Not sure, as I haven't run into something negative to report. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? It answeres calls very professionally, so I can focus on my work. Also, I am able to route the calls to the correct staff, all leading to happier customers.

"Hard to setup, works, but sort of pricey"

What do you like best about 800.com? Now that it is all setup and working, I don't have many complaints. Works well and has a good app for your phone to check messages and make and receive calls. What do you dislike about 800.com? My account was held up for over a week for verification. Texting (SMS) still doesn't work but I didn't need that feature. Cost is pretty high for just a voicemail service, which is my main use for it. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting ...
