"It works amazingly. Whether fax or phone."

What do you like best about 800.com? the phone system works perfectly and fax it's so easy and practical to send and receive. And whether I get a call or a fax, notification is immediately. The same when sending a fax. What do you dislike about 800.com? Honestly... there's nothing I dislike at 800.com. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? No need anymore for a fax machine. On the go I can get faxes at my fingertips.

What do you like best about 800.com? We got a vanity number which was a close match for our organization What do you dislike about 800.com? As a forwarding number, it is pretty basic What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? We use the toll free as a forwarding number we can use when we are doing fundraising.

What do you like best about 800.com? The quick responses I received from a Carmen, in Customer Service, when I was first looking at different companies to make my purchase. Then, when the virus forced work closures, all I had to do was was ask, and my monthly invoice was reduced by more than 50% until I need it to be changed again. What do you dislike about 800.com? "Decent affordable option"

What do you like best about 800.com? Setup is a bit manual, but price is reasonable and setting options are varied. What do you dislike about 800.com? Uploading voicemail recordings is a bit inconvenient as it does not accept .m4a files. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Ability to establish a hotline for one of our business service lines. It was cost effective and we were able to obtain a vanity number.
