"They are great"

What do you like best about 800.com? Their 24 hour service. Being able to talk to someone anytime is amazing What do you dislike about 800.com? Phone lagging. In the beginning I wasnt able to make calls but its since been fixed. Ii haven't had an issue since What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? The best thing is being ale rto make call on my mobile device. Since covid we arent in the office as much so being able to have contact on the go is great

What do you like best about 800.com? People can remember you and reach you more readily with a vanity number. What do you dislike about 800.com? The billing is sometimes confusing and not easy to view current invoices. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting a better response through advertising with a number that reflects my business.

"Easy to use, and helpful customer service"

What do you like best about 800.com? Customer service support was prompt and helpful. What do you dislike about 800.com? So far 800.com has been very helpful, we only had one small issue during set up and were able to resolve it quickly with support. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you? Using google suite, and attaching a 800 number.
