What do you like best about 800.com? The system has never gone down in my 3yrs of working with them. I have not experienced, nor heard of, a single tech issue. Thats pretty amazing. "Great for new startup"

What do you like best about 800.com? 800.com gave a lot of versatility. We were able to forward our customer support number to a third party vendor, create messages, and manage call flow. It was great to use as we were opening up our customer support for our business. What do you dislike about 800.com? There wasn't a way to use the number when calling out. What do you like best about 800.com? I was actually excited about using this company long term. The website, UX/UI are all clean, HOWEVER they are very deceitful and shady in their practices. What do you dislike about 800.com? They hold your numbers hostage by claiming that they are the legal registrants and holders of the account (NO OTHER "phone company" does this.) Then they force to to pay $100 or more ransom per number to release it, if they allow you to at all, which they can simply ...

What do you like best about 800.com? Our number through 800.com works so well for what we need it to that we got a second number for other uses for our company. What do you dislike about 800.com? They helped us pick the right package and have been there every time we had a problem and needed help. What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?
