7Shifts works for us.
7Shifts platform and the support staff behind the program have made it very easy for our business to schedule our employees. Although we currently do not use the budget or labour tools we are finding that the communication and ease of use from smartphones with 7Shifts is invaluable to our business. We have 2 locations across town from each other, with 7Shifts it has made it incredibly easy for scheduling and communication for managers and staff. They feel 'linked' together through this program.

Lots of great features-We love it
Lots of great features. Helps managers stay connected as well as all employees. No more slips of paper with requests for days off. It's all submitted and approved through the app. We are also able to block days that we don't want anyone to take off.7Shifts also is integrated with our POS Toast.They continue to develop more and more features

7shifts is a scheduling manager's dream
7shifts has made my life so. much. easier. Employees have more control over their schedule - they can enter their availability, time off requests, put their shifts up for grabs and bid on open shifts all in one place. Its easy to use for the staff and for the scheduling manager (me). All requests are in one place so instead of me having to check emails, text messages, and notes, all I have to do is log in and start scheduling. Great app, great attention to detail, great for restaurants.
The only problem I have ever had is that as the account owner I don’t seem to get my notifications. Everyone else does but I miss them. Really speedy and best combo of scheduling and timeclock we have used. Good app and good web app, nice package.

Best Online Schedule Program for Restaurants!
7Shifts is awesome and very easy to use! Any time I've had a question or even needed help building out a schedule they were there to help me! They even took my old excel schedule and created templates for me to use when I did the schedule on 7shifts! The staff loves the app too! Super easy to use, love the push communications and it makes sending out info on new items or changes to the menu super easy. So far, so Great!
We have been using 7shifts for about 18 months so far. We started at one of our locations, in the beginning, to test it out, and now we use in all of our restaurants. The software is very easy to use and intuitive. I love the ease with which shift exchanges is handled, it is a matter of few taps on your mobile device, it can be targeted to specific employees or positions, and a manager can approve or decline the exchange with one click on the web, or a tap on their app. That was one of the ...

Restaurant Owner review
I own a small restaurant with 38 employees. I was using another web based schedualing rogram that was ok, but 7shifts took it to the next level. It integrates with our POS system and is easy to use. The schedualing part of the program is very good but the manager log feature is great. I get daily reports from my management team on issue that are important to me. 7shifts allows us to setup our own management report for areas or issues that I want my mangameant to report on. Good job 7 shifts
